Shanna Carlson

Shanna’s voice has been compared to Rosemary Clooney, at times June Christy, and is a story-teller, delivering a lyric which touches the heart, not only as a balladeer, but swinging, with a playful side.  She's a pianist/songwriter and has been accompanist at Jazz Camp West and also taught classes there and at the California Conservatory of Jazz.

Tonight she'll be singing/playing with the Benny Watson Trio bringing a wide variety of songs and styles, from Porter to Tizol to Franks...
